Search Consultant Partner
Pat is a Search Consultant Partner for Frontage Search Partners & he’s a founding member of the firm. He is responsible for client development and managing the search process, as well as executing senior level search assignments for the firm. Prior to joining FSP, Pat held senior recruiting and business development consultant roles with some of the largest staffing firms in the nation. Throughout his career, Pat has assisted his clients in identifying operational and management talent across multiple industries.
His role includes involvement in every aspect of the search from start to finish. Successfully completed searches include CEO, CFO, SVP of Sales/Marketing, VP of HR, amongst others for private equity owned portfolio companies, privately held, and publicly traded organizations. Besides extensive functional expertise (finance, general management, sales and marketing, supply chain and operations, human resources and technology), he has experience and an extensive network of professionals in multiple industries including manufacturing, industrial, service, consumer goods, supply chain/logistics, etc.
Pat has been in the search industry since 2006 and has been a top performing contributor throughout his career. He prides himself on establishing strong relationships with both candidates and clients, thoroughly understanding the needs of the search, and making consultative recommendations leading to successful long-lasting placements and partnerships.
Pat attended Marmion Academy high school and graduated from the University of Iowa, receiving his degree in Communication Studies. He is active in the community and proudly serves on the Professional Board for Paws Chicago and is a former Associate Board Member for Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
